Friendly service throughout the hotel. Very comfy bed, particularly good bathroom. Strategic and particularly good location to a second-largest zoo.

Staff were very-very nice, rooms were cheap and equipped with extra large double bed, mineral water bottle plus basic amenities. The location was good, for example, Air Keroh Lake was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The room was spacious and carpeted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a mini-fridge-bar.

Comfortable room, exceptionally comfortable bed and particularly good bathroom. Good breakfast by the taste, excellent food, and polite staff.

The place is clean, with friendly staff members, and our family room had a comfortable double bed and a convenient foldable desk on a carpeted floor.

This place has a great looking building and the rooms come with a queen bed and an extra single bed. the room decorations are nice and it's in a super convenient location, can't beat that! 🌟

I recently found a hotel in this area that I must recommend to everyone. This place has some fantastic amenities and services that ensured my stay was one of the best. The location of this venue is ideal for anyone who wants to be in the center of Ayer Keroh and easily access many eateries and government complexes. The staff, especially F&B staff Syed, were incredibly friendly and inviting, making my stay better than expected. The outdoor swimming pool and leisure area are a perfect place to unwind, and the live entertainment kept me pleasantly entertained.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a lovely time away.

This hotel is perfect for families, with incredibly friendly staff! Our stay in the deluxe room was thoroughly enjoyable. It's definitely worth staying here and exploring the Bukit Baru district. Plus, the added bonus of free Wi-Fi was great.

Great hotel experience with amazing complementary drinks and snacks offered. The location was perfect, close to several restaurants and cafes, and surrounded by ample parking space. The swimming pool was my favorite part of the hotel, with fantastic and fun water slides for kids. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing city break.

The bathroom was quite small, making it a little challenging to manage with a young child. , the room lacked soundproofing, making it a little bit difficult to sleep with noise from the next room.
